Presentation by Jeff Hughes, Microsoft Senior Support Escalation Engineer in the the Enterprise Platforms Support Group. His group handles technologies specific to Windows Server Setup and Cluster areas. Jeff is currently the Core Technology Lead for the Setup group. He's been at Microsoft for almost 11 years. Jeff and his wife moved to Charlotte in 1999 following mis graduation from Arizona State University with a degree in C.I.S.. He started at Microsoft doing developer support in the SQL Server group. Several years into his career he moved to the Windows Datacenter group which eventually evolved into the team that supported Microsoft Clustering. Jeff has worked with Microsoft Clustering since NT 4.0. He was the primary lead in developing the Microsoft training for Windows 2003 Clustering. He has traveled to Sweden, India and Japan to deliver cluster training for both Windows 2003 and Windows 2008 as well as multiple cluster training deliveries in the United States.
Manoj Sehgal work as a Support Escalation Engineer in Commercial Technical Support on the Platforms Core team. His team provides support for Windows Setup/Clustering/Virtualization issues across all platforms.
Manoj has been with Microsoft for over two years and is a subject matter expert for Bitlocker.
